I believe it has something to do with House Resolution 1380 and a company that can do engine conversions from gasoline & diesel to natural gas.
If the resolution gets approved (or not), this company has no competition.
Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the company is Westport something or other.
I believe you are referring to Westport Innovations, WPRT. They are somehow in bed with Shell to market LNG vehicles.
