Looks like Mr. Cox is putting this out again in 2013. Is there a article on this website concerning this?
I haven’t checked this recent version of the ad, though he tends to run these teasers for his “usual suspects” of a few favorite biotech and tech stocks every year or two — picks like ISCO, BTX, STSI, NNVC and others.
