PRHL.OB Eric Dany Stock Prospector tease

Received a teaser in the mail from Eric Dany about PRHL.OB It is a green energy related business. Touting subsidiary WePower. States it can save 20-30% off utility bills of businesses that use large commercial lighting. Biggest question is ”Do they have exclusive patents? Plus, vialbilty of the investment as a whole. Any help is appreciated.

As far as I know Eric Dany is really just a stock promoter, I don’t think he “recommends” stocks that he’s not paid to promote. Which is usually a red flag that there isn’t much of a business behind it, since paid promotions are more often than not tied to “pump and dump” operations.
Haven’t looked at this one specifically, but I generally urge folks not to waste too much time researching whether or not promoted stocks are worthwhile, because you go in with the knowledge that they’re junk at least 99% of the time. And how often do you get 99% certainty that you’re going to be wasting your time?
OK, I made up the 99%. But it’s a high number … in my experience, and this is biased because I turn to skepticism quickly, the number of microcap “paid promotion” stocks I’ve seen that I consider viable businesses is actually zero, so I’m working off of a 100% historical record of these stocks being not worth the time to research fully. Others may have different experiences, of course.
