Anyone had a look at them. Possibly a new approach to ”on a wing and a prayer”. A bunch of small acquisitions announced, to be financed via issue of preferred shares and/or promissory notes. Lots of debt on balance sheet, does not seem to be much in the way of free-and-clear tangible assets.
