CBI – Chicago Bridge and Iron for energy infrastructure.
TGP – Teekay LNG Tankers for overseas transport of natural gas.
LNG – Cheniere Energy, the only license to export natural gas from the US.
TRGP – Targa Resources Corp, best setup to export Propane and Methane with ports on eastcoast, westcoast and in Texas.

On top of that they are recommending Calpine (CPN), Devon Energy (DVN), Chesapeake 6,75% bonds (165167CH8) and CF Industries (CF).
