I received the same email. It is a way to invest in companies long before they ever go public; but how, the email does not go into details. Apparently tennis star Venus Williams, Actor Will Ferrell, Senator Jeff Bingaman, Rush Limbaugh, Venture capitalist Peter Theil, Clint Eastwood, and Mitt Romney, just to name a few, have raked in millions over the years. Sean Goldstein, a student from the Yale School of Management, is another who found out this from his professor. Anyone can do it and you can start with as little a $200 as the email goes on to say. Let me know when you figure it out.

How does know for certain we will be notified of a new business and that its a GOOD/GREAT investment? curious too…btw (I have a checking acct with a local bank. It went public with a stock fund and a chance to buy into the business. i bought some shares at 25% less than what the soon to be public release a month later. so, I need to know how this advertisement works and how they can or will promise a POSITIVE lead.
it’s probably investing in the stock symbol TINY, which is the Harris and Harris Group. This company, publicly traded, invests in small startups. It is basically like a mutual fund that invests in pre-IPO companies.
I still haven’t found the name or symbol of the “SS-4 Income Fund”. Does anyone know what it is?
Could this be a BDC like KKR or TCAP? Also saw a CEF or ETF dedicated to emerging companies recently. Will try to find it.
The only thing I was able to find searching for SS-4 Income Stream, was an IRS form SS-4 which is an application for a Tax ID. Over a year ago I subscribed to his newsletter. . . the ‘come on’ was a company that had a new drug. It was a winner, but not like he is pushing in this flyer. His other ‘picks’ were so-so.
The Gas Royalty ‘thing’ is likely some MLP [Master Limited Partnership]. Investing in Natural Gas is a smart move at some time over the next few years, the price of N. Gas will move off its historic lows over the past few years. Technology is being developed to use N. Gas in Locomotives as well as other ‘fleet’ use and at some point we’ll likely be buying it at the pump as we are with gasoline
