TalkI am a first timer in starting a discussion thread and looking for some irregulars advice. I have recently gotten a lot of emails from Global Equity Alert about a stock they are hyping called ”talk”. It appears this company signed on with a big deal with Apple. Does anyone think this stock is ready to take off?

Haven’t seen the promos for that, but iTalk (TALK) is a $30 million company with no revenue, which means anyone recommending it is very likely being paid to do so. This looks like the kind of stock that would be used for a pump-and-dump promotion, low market cap and lots of press releases but no discernible business operations once you look at their filings.
My take on TALK: I made an inquiry on investors.com, and the response was basically “Put in the ticker of a real stock.” If it’s not real enough for William O’Neil, it’s not real to me. I save time that way.
