written by reader best way to trade penny stocks?

Total newbie here. For trading OTC stocks, do you have to phone a broker or is it possible to do it online?
I use Fidelity, but seems they require a phone call. I guess this is normal?

I’d appreciate preople’s thoughts/suggestions on the best way to do this.

It’s not necessary to call anyone when using Fidelity as your trading platform. All trade entries can be done online, cost is $7.95 per trade. Quick and easy. What you DO need to do however is go to a Fidelity investor center (ihopefully one is near you) and sit with a customer service rep to have them show you some basics on using the site. Call ahead of going and make an appointment.
