Personal Buy Update

Add-on to holdings in a recent idea of the month stock

By Travis Johnson, Stock Gumshoe, August 13, 2013

Just FYI, I noticed that while I was on the road a limit buy order triggered for my account that I didn’t have the chance to write to you about yesterday — I bought another slug of Ligand Pharmaceuticals (LGND) at $42.50, so I’ve increased my holdings in that stock by about 50%. Now a medium-sized holding for me (a bit over 2% of my portfolio). No real news about the company since I last wrote about them, I’ve just been trying to increase my holdings on dips.
