Discovery of oil located in Artic sea, I believe. Russia has claimed ownership of the area. Will take several years before any oil can be taken from the discovery due to having to build pipelines that can be used in inhospitable Arctic Sea. Small company has the inside info. Dr. Moors says money can be made now investing in a company that knows how to build pipelines that will function in the Arctic Sea.
