written by reader MERIT PAYCHECK – Trading the QQQs. from Wendy Kirkland

By xiexgp, January 15, 2014

Has anyone had any dealings with this service? All I’m finding is some great commentary and high recommendations from review sites. Is the ”P3 squeeze” for real? Would be very interested in any comments from anyone who has had time to check this out!

Guys I will recommend Tastytrade channel on Youtube and is free. You can buy and sell option but the main thing they teach you is how to defend your trade if it goes against you which is all you need and again is free. They also have a platform and the cost is really low, I pay $1.00 to enter a position and $0.00 to close. Good Luck!!!

J–thanks for useful referral to tastytrade!
re kirkland–i looked at her drawdown and p/l years ago on maybe the p3 system[it was a LONG TIME ago, so i’m not sure which of her several systems it was]: as i recall she had strings of >50% losses(showing the benefit of position-sizing, i suppose). there was also some really snarfy attitude from customer service about honoring their money-back trial period offer. lbnl(last but not least) the entry-level service did not provide especially timely trading recs–paying more for a higher level of the service was the only way to get actionable info! disappointing–Bob Reilly

Absolute loser service. Outdated methodology generating high losses and kindergarten gains. Run from anything Wendy Kirkland.

IMHO Scamorno is a scam. Most probably paid for favorable reviews. I checked them out briefly and they also did a review on some Bitcoin related company and saw they gave the same great review.

From the genuine reviews I have read, Kirkland is just anther outfit developed to separate the masses from their money. Should be illegal.

One question. Please answer if you see this post. Has anyone received a refund from Wendy Kirkland’s P3/MERIT Paycheck program? They are telling me that the trade te rack record has to be checked for performance before they will issue my refund. Sounds like they intend to manipulate data so that they get out of having to follow their own guarantee.

I have her email alerts from Nov 2017 to Nov 2018. That’s a non-manipulatable record. It shows an average loss greater than 19% over 44 trades. My request for a refund has been ignored, so far.

Yes. I subscribed to the QQQ “merit paycheck” service in November 2017, after seeing Ms Kirkland’s ads for many years. The trade frequency was very low, and very unsuccessful. I asked to be switched to the Triumph program (trades a selection of ETFs) to have a higher trade frequency. I followed the service alerts and my account disappeared within 8 trades. I continued to follow her alerts, obviously without trading them. After one year, 44 trades, the average loss not counting commissions was about 19%.

So. This method might have worked in the past, but I have lost quite a lot of money with this system during the last year, not least the $1997 one year fee. I have requested the refund which was promised if the signals were not profitable over a year’s time. So far I have not received even a response, not to mention a refund.

Spoke with Tradewins today — they say they are sending the refund. No one else I’ve seen has gotten one, but maybe they didn’t keep appropriate records of the alerts, or maybe they didn’t wait for a complete year.

Let us know if you get the refund. I’ve never heard of anyone getting their money back once she got her grubby hands on it.

have been utilizing the automatic trading function she makes available through an online brokerage. so far in 2019 have had 14 trades with 13 making profits. realize this is a small sample, have no idea if this can or will continue but am impressed and excited about what the future may bring for me financially.

I have used her trading alerts with great success actually, you must have done something wrong on your end to lose 10K.

I used her service a few years back. Almost all trades were losers. I was told that she had better success with markets that were going up….

I was planning to sign up now. It’s incredible she’s still offering her product. I’m going to stop my plans with her Options program.

I don’t see how she could have charged your card over $10,000 unless you gave access. Did you join more than one program? This would be illegal. Did you contact the Better Business Bureau?

Do your homework. I know of no “newsletter” that will provide success in the market. Don’t get sucked in again.

Yes, Wendy is a fraud. There is no way from her story , that she self taught her self options & then in months made a million or so. Its a lie !!! Most of all of these so called genious trading gurus are all full of crap. They make their money by stealing your money. Options take a long time to learn & a once you learn it is difficult to make money. Most people lose money trading. The pros pick the pockets of the new accelerated retail traders. The young trading gun slingers are the biggest scam on the internet. Little experience & alot of BS. Follow someone that has been at it for a minimum of 20 years. Check & verify their trading past. Very few make money as a good trader. They are far & few between. Check them out through stock gumshoe. This site is legit. Trading buyers beware

Thanks for posting this. I actually read the whole thing. There are a ton of wtf’s in there. Looks like they were all fined 40k and banned from selling services in the future but as of November 2023 she is still promoting her services. I literally just saw an ad with her on it on youtube promoting a webinar with her in it. I’m making a youtube video about this B.S. and will be putting this in there. I will give a shout out to you for posting this.

I purchased a service with Wendy Kirkland called the Merit Paycheck, I was told a very high success rate for winning trade alerts using the P3 (when there is high probability of success) with the charts and signal to buy she would send out trade recommendations. Sadly most of the alerts were not winning trades. Lost my 997.00 I paid back in 11/2021 and have contacted them for a refund but no return phone call. It was supposed to either be a 6 month or 1 year service. Also most companies will send out proof of payment apparently never received any bill except through my bank. And was directed to respond only to a certain email directly through Wendy Kirkland.

Wow! I wish I would have checked the reviews here before I got suckered into a few of her smaller
ads but still got me for a couple of hundred. Thanks to everyone here posting. I didn’t bite anymore almost got me though. Thanks, everyone for sharing will ask for a refund and see what happens will come back to post negative or positive on the refund. Then I’m going to report the scammy ads if I don’t get my refund. I always keep a copy of the pages for anything I purchase online. Also, you can report any scams to the FTC and/or the CFPB if it has to do with banking or getting your refund they give you instructions on how to proceed if you used your credit card or debit card. The bank is supposed to investigate. But you need to have proof. They are catching a lot of the scamming but it is out of control. Someone mentioned the BBB well they aren’t much help except as a mediator and they get paid for the service to be accredited. More like a review on brick and mortar companies.

Why would anyone want to listen to Wendy Kirkland when it comes to trading options.
Through all her lies she makes you think she has made millions trading options. The truth is, by her own deposition, she has not traded options since 2012. I will never listen to anyone who is not currently trading the system that they are selling.
