I have to admit, teasers for money never end!

Yep, Frank has a closing soon pitch for a (small) oil[2] drilling company
headed (or in) Europe and ready to ride the shirt tail of a larger Oil Company to gain assess to one prescribed rich shale play in Europe.
Infact, the junior exploration stock is so tiny and obscure that practically no one besides a small group of resource experts even knows about it.
Supposedly trading at under $1.00 (near $.50) an interested investor needs to step up and get the play through the Phase 1 Investor. Expensive Step..,,
Anyone have a take on this teaser company.
