SMARTPHONE TOLLS?

What stock, that the Motley Fool[1] is claiming, gets a $9 toll every time an Smartphone is sold anywhere in the World? They claim the reason they get this toll is for some kind of CHIP they supply. Has anyone heard of this? Ty Hub

As far as I know, the only one that get around $9 for every smartphone is sold is Mico$oft. But are they really a troll? Depending on your definition.
I believe my definition of this matter was TOLL, not TROLL! Ty
I cannot imagine Msft getting a toll on smartphones, that would seem to be a contradiction in terms. A recent study has indicated that people texting while walking have far more accidents than distracted drivers do. It is true the accidents are less severe because of lower speed in general unless you happen to step in front of city bus etc.
