STADF St Andrews goldfields

Hello all, this is my first contribution to stockgumshoe. I have just recently become an Irregular, but have enjoyed this site for quite awhile.
STADF popped up on the Seeking Alpha[1] website the other day. I had never been interested in mining stocks until Myron piqued my interest. St Andrew has had some insider buying[2] lately, so I took a look at the balance sheet and with my very limited experience deemed the company a good buy at current levels. Not knowing if purchasing a Gold mining stock at this time would be wise I hesitate to make a small purchase. Any thoughts on this would be very much appreciated.
