I just received the same teaser in my mail, and I’m also very interested in finding out more about this ‘ boomtown’ and the investment opportunities therein.

The Trillion Dollar Boomtown is true. I live in the area. Kitimat BC is what he is hinting about and its hot, next on the list up the road is Prince Rupert where the Gas distribution will boom too. Plans in the works to start building. Check out http://investnorthwestbc.ca/ to confirm.
These stocks he is hinting out are (CUU) Copper Fox- which has the the contract to explore with TECK. (BXE) is Bellatrix Exploration who owns the rights to mass amounts of land with positive Natural Gas discoveries and the last being (ENT) Entrec – a company up there that is currently supplying equipment to the contractors. I will note that Entrec is not the only equipment supplier in this area as stated. And industry in Northern BC is aggressive and swift. Build it and they will come mentality,
(CUU) Copper Fox, I would be a little cautious about cause its success is tied to (TCK) TECK, a moderate stock. They have coal operations all over BC.
But check out all the mining exploration in the area in the above link. Everyone from the bottom up involved in the construction, production and distribution in exploration and natural gas will gain in the coming years in this area.
None of what he says is misleading or inaccurate, this area is hot.

Having read B. Bradley’s posting March 24, 2014; I thought it was very inviting. However; I would like to know more aboutwhat is behind the Trillion Boomtown stock that I was told not everyone knows about. Before I invest my time and money into buying this stock as a first time investor; I want to know more through researching Boomtown stock so I can understand the vast move Boomtown is headed. Also, I want to be sure what I am investing my money in (stocks) will provide positive returns on dividens for my future. I realize the companies are located in Canada. Is there a number I can contact that will answer my questions on what I am interested in; however, need more understanding of this stock. Thank you B. Bradley for your information provided. I thought it was very helpful.

It’s not Kitimat exactly. But it’s in the Kitimat-Stikine area.

Firesteel’s ROK-Coyote discovery property (the “ROK-Coyote Property”) is situated in the Stikine Arch region of northwestern B.C. about 8 km southeast of the Iskut Village on Highway 37 and 12 km west of the BC Rail extension road bed.

Most of what he’s saying is true except, kitimat is not exactly in the middle of the oil and gas fields! That area is about 400 miles north east in the peace river area of BC! there you will find BC’s other trillion dollar boom town, FT ST John. Also, the copper and gold mines are quite a distance from Kitimat. What Kitimat has going for it is it’s location on an ice free fjord with direct access to the pacific and the shortest route to Asian markets. This is why most of the oil and gas companies have chosen to build their exporting facilities there. There is even talk now of building one of the worlds largest oil refineries there. I bought a house in kitimat last year for 260k and it’s now worth 375k. The house has been fully rented for over 3k a month! You savy investors should also look at FSJ, where all that gas and some of that oil will come from. they will also be building a 7 billion dollar hydro dam in FSJ in the near future. Were talking about tens of thousands of people descending upon this town of 18000 people. most of the oil companies are very close to making FID on Kitimat and when they do, look out!! it’s really going to go nuts there> So, if you haven’t already done so, I highly recommend you buy some real estate in either Kitimat or Ft St John BC Canada before it’s too late.
