I could be remembering wrong, but I don’t think the video describes the last two triggers.
Profit Trigger #1: Regulatory. FDA approval, etc.
Profit Trigger #2: M&A. Probably spinoffs, carve-outs, and of course upcoming mergers and acquisitions.
Profit Trigger #3: Unexpected Earnings.
Profit Trigger #4: IP. patent rights assignment, etc.
Profit Trigger #5: Uplisting and Delisting. “When shares of a company leap from a small exchange, to something like the NYSE, and a whole new class of investors flood in.”
Anyone know the stock he’s referring to with May 26 fda announcement?
