AMBCF or Till Capital??

I own some shares of AMBCF and discovered recently that Till Capital more or less swallowed them up. Till Capital trades on the TSX Venture Exchange at least that is what I read. Haven’t seen any actual trading volume or anything like that.
From what I read it seems as if one should get shares of Till Capital (TSX.V :TIL) in exchange for the shares of Americas Bullion Royality Corp.
’As a result of the arrangement (the ”Arrangement”), shareholders of AMB (the ”AMB Shareholders”) received 0.01 of Till Share in exchange for each common share of AMB held by such AMB Shareholder. Till issued 1,806,789 Till Shares to former AMB Shareholders under the Arrangement. Till also purchased certain assets of Kudu Partners, L.P. (”Kudu”) under the Arrangement in exchange for the issuance of 1,805,895 Till Shares pursuant to an asset purchase agreement between Till and Kudu dated April 17, 2014. ’
Anyway, how does this work for OTC Shares? AMBCF was traded on OTC and TIL is or will be traded on TSX.V.
Travis, do you still own shares of AMB or AMBCF as well?
If anybody knows how this works please let me know!

My AMBCF shares just resurrected in my TDAmeritrade account as TIL.CN, which is the stock traded on the TSX.V, I believe. I can’t find where I saw it and maybe I imagined it but there was a statement somewhere about the OTC shares being pulled into the deal. If I can find it, I’ll post again. TDAmeritrade doesn’t let me buy TSX stocks so I wasn’t sure how this would work but it did.
Ditto. My AMB shares have also become TIL. Seems to have happened in the last 5 hours.

Finally same thing happened to me, my shares have been converted to Til.Cn, however, I wonder how to trade them if I intended to so. TDAmeritrade does not allow trading on the the TSX.V . So what could we possibly do with those shares???

By now, have we noticed that we have OTC version of Till Capital showing up in our accounts instead of TIL.CN? Not exactly what the agreement specified, eh?
