I may have misspelled Centex but they bought steel for construction of drilling for found oil[1] had intentions of hiring 350 welders but have never went public nor hired anyone. The oil has been discovered almost 2 years ago and they spent millions getting ready. Why the stand off and non public notices of van Texas which was once a pure oil camp is sitting on a oil fortune as found in west Texas from odes a to Amarillo texas never heard of again but spent millions buying steel for oil drilling. Why the hush up?
