Actually looks very good for the long term, particularly if royalties (potential future) interest you.
I believe the company that is selling their interest because they found it was not a good use of their capital which should you give pause to think “Is Altius Minerals making a wise decision in purchasing and interest in this loser”.
I understand that, as of this morning, the deal is off, based on information on Scottrade.
The Altius deal has closed, and they just announced a $65 million offering to help pay for it.
