Does anyone no whats going on with the halt in Mason Graphite it was doing well for me and now I can’t find anything out about it

Upon googling, halted at request of company due to pending news
pending news should not take 2 days and there is no other info that I can find. very frustrating
Just received an email:
MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwired – April 2, 2014) – Mason Graphite Inc. (“Mason Graphite” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:LLG)(OTCQX:MGPHF) advises that the trading halt of the past two days is related to a material transaction, and the Company will provide an update to the market as soon as possible.
Any ideas what is meant by ‘material transaction’?
