   Ive been watching these stocks as well. Bought Tweed but its been backing off…….

     The stock was halted for a period of time last week. I don’t think I would trust management. Went from basically $0.04 to $0.70 in a couple months and now has backed off significantly. FINRA halted the stock and it’s been down more as they investigated insider dealings. Like most penny MJ and MMJ stocks it’s best to pass, IMO. If you Google “Phot and FINRA” you should get some answers. Good luck.

   Unfortunately with regard to PHOT, even now that they are unsuspended and trading on the grey market there STILL does not appear to be – clear information as to WHY they were suspended or why they were allowed to trade again. The principals appear to either be unaware themselves or, more likely I’m sure, are keeping the reasons and/or wrongdoing VERY close to their collective chests. I have a tiny amount invested – tinier now of course 😉 – and decided just to leave what’s left in for the moment. It’s just not clear to me whether PHOT DID ANYTHING WRONG/IF THE UNDERLYING BUSINESS IS IN ANY ACTUAL TROUBLE. It announced it had changed its “governance policies” and the four independent directors had cancelled stock grants, but none of that really speaks to the strength or weakness of the company’s underlying business model or connections. Anyone with any more information THAT CAN BE SUBSTANTIATED FROM A REASONABLE ABOVE-BOARD SOURCE share it please! And that ain’t Seeking Alpha or Investors Hub …
