GACR The Green Automotive company only makes and services electric vehicles. They also service batteries, have an excellent business model, expanding business and get my rating as a best buy. The only reason that the stock price is so low (buy it now, it is at the bottom) is that they have not been able to break into the US market in a significant way. Their CEO gives a presentation on their website ( a superior website, perhaps the best I’ve seen for any micro small cap stock out there) and one positive news article after another comes out about the company, yet the share price remains low. They are, in my opinion, a buyout candidate or will have a share price rise in the 600 percent range by November of 2014.
