Are most newsletters scams?

Of the market letters you write about such as (street authority , market watch, ION) , are they all pump and dump[1]? At least more of a scam than good advice .If so ,it seems paying for your premium letter and copying your portfolio is the best way to go.

My question wasn’t aimed at which letter is best . Let me put it this way. Here we have someone trying to sell me a paid newsletter yet every day he’s sending me a free newsletter. Why in the world should I pay for the cow when the milkman is giving it away. Or is the free milk sower? Maybe the dart board system is good enough .
That’s the model almost all publishers use online, with lots of variations: get some for free
Either to hook you in or ad-supported, and convince a portion of those free readers that you have a lot of interesting things to say so they want to get more of your thoughts and ideas for a fee.
Doesn’t mean it’s great for everyone or for all letters, but information and perspective is not fungible — some content carries more value for some readers than for others.
I have been finding out that by, subscribing to a basic newsletter can be quite legitimate but, merely provide a ‘little bit.’ The low cost newsletters are used more so as vehicles
with more provocative teases for their premium newsletters costing a great deal more.
