Please solve this Navellier teaser for me:
VISA (V) is touted by Louis as one of SEVEN BULLETPROOF STOCKS FOR 2014 at the same time his Portfolio Grader assigns it a D (SELL) rating. Looks like a case of one side of his mouth not listening to the other!!!!
