Laiseez Faire letter

This letter sent out a teaser today about buying dividend stocks and getting executive dividends[1] that would increase your yield 10 fold. It tells your broker to enter this 9 digit wall st. cheat code. Its supposed to eliminate up to 80% of the risk.It isn’t that pricey. Would you know anything about this so called 9 digit cheat code?
