  1. Bakermre says:

This is one of the oft repeated themes from Mr. Porter Stansberry and his team. Short of buying a fast boat berthed at Key West, stocking up on supplies, assault rifles-guns and ammunition for a safe family get-away to a hidden Latin American paradise, like Belize, Costa Rica, Argentina or Uruguay, it could also require the opening of a “secret” bank account in Belize, or buying a cottage there. For a while Stansberry and Casey were also touting their paradise retreat to the “out-back” in that undiscovered paradise country: Argentina, where everything is just marvelous. But it probably revolves around obtaining silver and/or gold bullion and coin and sequestering it in a safe haven. Since 1996, certainly for the last 14 years, Bill Bonner’s side-kicks and friends, like Porter Stansberry, Doug Casey and James Dale Davidson have been doing their best to convince us that the USA is in imminent peril of collapse, worthless $ paper currency is soon to overwhelm us and blood shall flow in the streets as never before. Doom and gloom must sell fearful investors as our fearless Bonner led troupes seem to never stop promoting it. Have we got it right? I’ve put up with all this nonsense for about 14 years, now I’ve quit receiving anything more from the SEC’s never-ending gadfly, Porter.
Since I am a Canadian, living in Canada, I know how to sidestep all this nonsense: Stay at home!!
