Octopus

I might have missed it but, Travis or any irregulars that might have the scoop on the octopus technology teaser for oil[1] drilling, we had the waterless fracking[2] and some other techniques, it seems every drilling contractor has there preference or is it what they can afford for that part of the drilling phase but does some one have the info on the OCTOPUS because if Travis let us know in an earlier letter I missed it and I am curious about this tease to throw money off the train or is there something to this technology, any insight appreciated.
