Their Q-10 says company was formed to run food trucks but changed to oil and gas – doesn’t give me a lot of confidence. is that normal?
Normal for reverse merger shells that are used to create fraudulent pump and dump campaigns, not normal for real companies. VOIL is almost certainly junk, though I haven’t looked at it.
I notice that VOIL’s 52-week price span is 2 cents to 2.15, which makes me very suspicious. I got burned with Bloggerwave, but only lost $100 for 500 shares in a pump and dump. I keep that loss in my portfolio to remind me to be extremely careful when getting a mailing piece like VOIL’s (and also because it’s not worth spending $9.95 to get rid of it). It looks to me like VOIL’s run will end pretty soon – I plan to track it for a couple of months to see what happens. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice – won’t get fooled again.
