Hi,
This Options software sounds down to Earth for beginner Options Traders. It is being offered by Bill Puolos. I would appreciate any feedback on this particular Software.
Thank you, from a beginner Options Trader

I watched the first four videos and am also intrigued and curious about this new ‘engine.’ Being just a small fish in such a large pond, I found the cost too high for me. I would have liked to see a 60 or 90 day trial, so I could paper trade, for hundred bucks or so. I’ll be anxious to see reviews also. I believe we’ll start seeing some results in a month or two.

Ronald, the offering did come with a 60 day trial and training CD’s and coaching sessions. I believe Polus to be sincere in his efforts and ethcial. I am a full time trader with professional training in options. The tough part is finding the trades and I am hopeful the Option Income Software will assist me in that effort. Early into the trial, but Ilike what I’m seeing at this point. Time will tell, but if you are trading a small account it hopefully it would not take long to make up the cost of entry. Everything I have heard from Polus is accurate, I think if you are early into trading the CD offering + coaching sessions would be of value, if after 60 days you don’t like it you do not have to return the CDs and you learned a lot in the sessions plus you get your money back. All the risk is on Bill and his team.

An impressive option screener @ borntosell.com for “covered calls” only is worth a look.
You can take a two week trial or use their limited screener for free.
Also, http://www.thebluecollarinvestor.com is run by the same people.
The owner seems to be very honest and he offers many investment tools for free.
Hope this helps,

Bill

I tried Options Income Engine, and after 6 weeks decided that it is not for me. Many of the trade recommendations were too thinly traded and the bid/ask spreads too wide.
I did the trading in a paper account, and per the 60 day satisfaction guarantee, I sent them a screenshot of my paper trading account record showing I did at least 5 trades, along with my request for refund. They responded within 2 days, and within one week they credited my credit card.
My decision to stop using his system boils down to one thing… It is very hard to consistently make money buying options. The odds are stacked against you, no matter how good the trading system. The time value decay also works against you.

Bill is sincere in his belief in his Options Income Engine system, and is an honorable businessman, not a scammer.

I subscribed to this news letter and after a month my Options Express Virtual account was $4000 in the red. I called and they refunded my money for the news letter. They kept sending me the email alerts so I kept trading them. After about two months the account was up but still $1000 in the red and then things went horribly wrong. I have stopped out for $6789 in the red and the positions that are still live are $ 9898 in the red. His stop losses are so wide that you pretty much lose all your money anyway. The email alerts are all Limit orders. but when the price jumps up past the limit price His web site shows him in the trade. When I emailed to asked how that could be the response was all trades are assumed at market price. After a few more questions I realized that He doesn’t trade his own recommendations. Can you really trust a guy that doesn’t even trade his own recommendations.

lol.they can’t trade.thats why they are ”educating you”.those that can do,those that can’t bombard you with emails telling you they can.the only person that makes decisions about your investments should be you.education!!!

Tried this system and at first made a little and after a few months, following the alerts, I mostly lost money. By that time, it was too late to get my money back and I decided to only take half positions and took fewer of them and over time they were still mostly losers. Stops are too wide. I know that all systems will have a losing streak every once in a while, but this was ridiculous. Stuck with the system way too long. I contacted their support to see if I could transfer my subscription to one of their other systems, but no can do. After about a year, I completely dropped it.

You must be talking about some other system. There are no alerts with the Options Income Engine. You make your own choices.

I’ve been with the Options Income Engine program for 6 months now and have been successful. I found the training videos to be excellent. The recommendations are all High Probability deep in the money CALLs 2 – 3+ months out. The recommendations come out each evening. I review each recommendation’s daily graph to see if it makes sense to me and usually don’t put the trades up before the OPEN so I don’t get gapped or blind sided by the news. I’ve had a few 50% – 100% losers but I believe they were all my fault for not adhering to / using mental stops / hoping for a turnaround. etc. I think this is a good service.

I read with interest all of the comments, but they were all 5-6 years old and a lot can change in that period of time. Has anyone subscribed to this service lately?
