HI there, has anyone had the same problem with Energy Advantage[1], I subscribed to them a year or so ago, was not happy with there recommendations, had to pay more if I needed the juicy bits, such a con….. they automatically billed me for a further year from my credit card that I used orginally to subscribe, I have since contacted them probably 5-6 times, stating that I was not happy with there service and I didn’t request a further 12 months subscription, I received a email from a Pat stating they would reimburse me within 10-15 days, still waiting on my reimbursement that was over a month or so ago and several emails thereafter.

    if they have not given you a refund, as it may take a month to show on your C/C, you can always contact your C/C holder and tell them that this was an unauthorized charge and you want your money back!
    I also used their service a couple of years ago and made some money in the first year but the second year experienced a decline in the quality and ROI in their suggestions. plus as you stated, I was inundated with e-mails pushing their other investment news-letters.
