It was a terrible surprise what happens to RYN today !!! Has you know, i am a foreign investor. I see a lot of investigations on behalf of investors. How they work? It´s worth the claim? What´s the price?

I haven’t ever participated in a shareholder lawsuit. I do t know whether they’re likely to have broken the securities laws in this cases or not, but I’d say the forward guidance is more important than the restatements of mistaken accounting. Whether they mislead intentionally or just made poor decisions, I don’t know.
About three weeks ago, i was bothered by Rayonier’s performance, sold it and bought PLUM CREEK TIMBER CO in its place. Plum Creek has done all right thus far.
