As mentioned in yahoo, spanish stocks like TEF and EWP are cheap because of the consecutive drops in a week (http://finance.yahoo.com/tumblr/blog-cheap-and-unloved-spanish-stocks-are-a-buy-190840708.html). Do you think that it is a good time to accumulate these stocks (I notice TEF is in the core idea)?
Do people drop the stock for tax reason? or Do they expect another meltdown in Spanish economy soon?
