written by reader Plea for Some Forum self-organizing

Hey — I’ve made this request to SG but we can also self-regulate. Would folks mind creating new threads whenever a new topic comes up? Would folks mind creating a company-specific thread if one does not already exist when a specific company is discussed OR pasting a link to the discussion under the company-specific thread so we can create company-specific defacto indexes? I have made an effort tonight by creating a discussion topic for each of two companies that I have mentioned in a topic and will be pasting a cross reference to my post in the other thread in those topics. It would be jolly helpful if our brilliant and beloved contributors would do the same. I have such limited time and am terribly jealous of those who can read all the SG posts as they come so this would help me participate with my limited time — as well as others. Thanks in advance for any consideration of this!

Stockitup-While we appreciate your comments and input may I suggest that you visit the following threads as I believe they will assist you tremendously in you efforts:
    http://www.stockgumshoe.com/2014/11/microblog-guidelines-for-new-members-posting-rules-and-etiquette/ AND
    http://www.stockgumshoe.com/2014/11/first-steps-and-favorite-tools-for-new-investors/
That being said, I feel that if you follow Dr. KSS., Allen(s), Lawrence, Glenn, Thomas, Hi Pockets, Jean-Pierre and other IRR’s especially those with the greatest number of “likes”
you shall be vastly rewarded. This is meant to discount the valuable input of other members with fewer “likes” by any means. Best to ALL-Benjamin

Looked at those links BEFORE posted this plea. Folks aren’t following it, thus the need for a simpler system. Can’t follow all the posts for stream-of-consciousness like folks with more time can. If it’s too difficult for participants to put a little effort into organizing the forum for all, then greatly diminished value for those with little time but great interest. The search feature is too poor to make up for lack of effort. Sorry to disagree. Glad you have the time to follow all this.
