Boom or Bust

Has anyone looked into Harry Dents, Boom or Bust news letter. There is a lot of doom and gloom about the possible upcoming economy and he has a lot of good sounding ideas of how to protect your money and investments. Of course, you get the best ideas in the newsletter.Any Ideas? For $49.00, not too bad, just a average teaser price.

I was getting a different Dent letter, which I found interesting but later a constant rehashing of the same ideas over and over. At the time I stopped reading, he was predicting completely different things from the other perma-bear newsletters, saying the there would be and has been recently a global flight to the quality resulting in moving of assets into the US and dollar, together with world-wide deflation. As a result, the best assets to hold would be US dollar cash, with gold crashing in value. Interesting, but argued at such a level of generality as to be less than useful. However, his is an interesting minority view.
