Anyone checking this one out yet? It purports to invest in Oil/Gas Royalties w/o stock purchase by direct investment, though according to the ”pitch” not a Wildcat drilling opportunity. Tax write off of 80% 1st year in addition to Royalties lasting for as long as the well produces as a % of investment. $ 1000 membership (ouch)
