Walking Oil Rig

Dave Fessler Teaser for Advanced Energy Strategist[1] refers to a small Oklahoma Company that has bought up a lot of land and has a Waling Oil Rig. Because of their approach can produce oil[2] for 0.28 cebts oer gallon.
Have seen this rig before. Have checked the Gum Archives but can not ID this company. Any Help

Gotta be suspect of company officials who talk about a 28 cent per GALLON price for
produced oil. Oil is counted in 42 gallon BARRELS….which shows this guy not to be a professional oil producer. That would be $12/barrel oil, about half the price other more
experienced producers claim they can produce oil profitably. I’d say stay away from them.
