CORE HOLDINGS Just joined looking to have fun. I have traded with Dick Young
for about 15 years now. He is now selling all his holdings which he
has always been a dividend buy and hold investor.
I looking for someone new,kinda same style. Any ideas?

what is his explanation for selling? is he going into cash $?
Any stock he owns that does’t have a history of 20 year increase in
dividends he’s selling. I’m looking for a source that can help me with 75%
of my portfolio ,core holdings. The other 25% i would be a lot more aggressive.
