Yes, all the portfolio consolidation/reporting companies require you to input your logins so they can verify you, download your data from the brokers, and consolidate your data and keep it up to date. I understand some folks find this frightening, and I wouldn’t urge anyone to do anything they don’t feel comfortable with — I am comfortable with Personal Capital’s security and their system personally and use it personally, but I can’t speak for others.
