I am wondering if somebody came across with Cheap Investor newsletter. I have nither too much monies nor experience in shares’ investing and thought that would not be a bad idea to start with penny stocks. Bill Matthew believes that he offers undervalued good stocks to buy . Any thought would be appreciate. Thanks . Kelan
