Hi, Travis — A couple of weeks ago, Jason Stutman pitched a tech stock in one of his newsletters and your brilliant Thinkolator identified it as Sphere 3D (ANY). After you ”outed” it, Stutman wrote to you, verifying that you were correct. I succumbed and bought shares at $5-plus, and it is now down to around $2.50. Any (no pun intended) ideas about what is happening with this stock? Do you think his pitch generated the increase temporarily and it is now back where it should be? Hopefully, I’ll learn to listen to you instead of these ”snake oil salesmen” who are forever pitching losers.

I haven’t looked at it since, but the dwindling attention is probably part of it — and it didn’t help that it looks like they failed to hit expectations when they released earnings in mid-August. And, of course, the market has been cruel to small growth stocks over the past month — but no, I don’t have any special insight into what’s going on a Sphere specificially.
