Is anyone subscribed to Wallstreetwinning? I had subscribed to Ron Groenke’s Black Box service for some time for covered calls, ect. Now, he’s teamed with Adam Urban on the site that seems a bit like Vectorvest with other alert and screening functionality. Cost is $99 per month.

I have subscribed to Wallstreetwinning.com. I just started in July. I am making money.
The idea is technical analysis done by a computer, so it can search real fast. Ron says you will be 50% of the time, but the key is to get out when your wrong. So the winners will be bigger and the losers smaller. So far I would say that is what it has done. One problem with this service is learning how to use it. You can use your own stocks lists, or use Rons. They
also have 4 different porfolio’s you can use and follow if you don’t want to be hands on.
Since July this has been a very difficult market to trade, and to be making money in this market is pretty good. The S&P was negative until October. Most like to compare their trading program to the S&P. I think I would have done better if used Rons Portfolio instead
of mine. I am a physician, so I want to a plug and play system. I don’t have time to follow the market. Hope this helps, good luck.

Just saw this post! Yes it is a bit like vectorvest. But I believe it is producing more fruit. For example Ron’s formula got 45% gain on Microsoft–Yes that is right Microsoft. We have even added OPTION signals!… There is a risk free trial so you give it a try.

I have been using Wall Street Winning for 2 months and making money. as of now 80 percent of my trades were profitable. I would like to see other Wall Street Winning users get together on some forum to exchange ideas. My email is DanTrout@bellsouth.net

http://www.priceseries.com is based on similar computer based algorithm and provides End of the day signals. The results on their site are extremely impressive and I have talked to some of their users who indicated that they moved from vectorvest to priceSeries and their accuracy and profitability has increased.

Hello,
I had great results with their DFY – done for you alert.
I own Ron’s books and I think he does a great job.
Unfortunately, I have a smaller account, and with covered calls, nobody is right 100% of the time, so when an underlying didn’t go right, the portfolio would have a drawdown until the underlying recovered. Ron doesn’t often realize a loss, he just sets the trade aside and continues to write weekly calls on it until it recovers.

The service had two options while I was there. $99 for the monthly, $299 for the weekly. You get 3 picks each week by Ron, a set of model portfolios that you can trade and also 1000’s of recommendations based on the technicals each day.

Due to my small account and a couple DFY drawdowns, I felt I would be better to look for a pure options only play to avoid trading too large and needing to wait 6 months for recovery of an underlying. If you have a larger account ($200,000-300,000), I think you will find the service a great idea. The picks are serious and often sold in the money – so be certain to find a broker that doesn’t charge large assignment costs. Skip E*Trade at $20.00 per assignment for example and go with a tastyworks or an optionshouse where it’s $5.00 or Interactive Brokers where it’s free.

Best of luck! Ron’s Visions software is included in the subscription and he’s very responsive to email and phone calls. Again, it’s only my account size and the cost of the service while I am stuck in a losing trade that made me uncomfortable.
