To answer your question as to whether Precision Profits is a scam, I’d have to say, YES it is. Personally I found it to be unreliable, unprofessional, and just short of fraudulent.
Jeff Opdyke professes to have a unique trading strategy based on weather conditions, market anomalies, and a broken crystal ball. He makes wild assumptions on stocks and then leaves you to try and second guess where the price will end up. If he guesses right, he’s a hero, if he guesses wrong, his motto is; win some, lose some. I’ve never before subscribed to a newsletter where the analyst didn’t have a stop loss plan in effect before the stock collapsed. Mr. Opdyke will take you to a 99.9% loss before acknowledging he made an error in judgement. You want a great analyst you can count on, look at Porter Stansberry and/or Robert Williams.

I saw their ad and it looked promising.. the say the will give you a full refund if you are not satisfied and they guarantee 12 stocks to gain 100% or they will give you your money back and the second year free, cost $1495.00 for the year. is this true???

in March 2016 I subscribed to Jeff Opdyke’s The Precision Profits System. I missed one trade he suggested, but I’ve followed his advice on BIG, CPN, DAL, DE, DKS, FUN, and SMG. In short, I am down on paper over $20,000, or 55%. Will these trades ultimately prove profitable? Who knows. But the early math clearly proves that I would have made more money trading opposite of Jeff’s recommendations. Needless to say, I didn’t last the whole 90-days trial period having requested a full refund at the 60-day point. It doesn’t appear his recommendations include an analysis of the current situation with the stock, the industry, or the macro economy.

It is not a scam; however, I was engaged in this service for 3 months and my portfolio went down and down and down. Investment in stock options is risky, and anyone’s opinion is just that, an opinion. Jeff’s opinions were losers for me. I followed his advice and my portfolio continued to drop, until I eventually sold all my positions. On that day, my portfolio realized it’s first gain in months. To their credit, I was given a complete refund for my membership, but that didn’t cover anything close to the money I lost following Jeff’s advice. This program is definitely NOT a scam, but I would advise anyone reading this to stay away! The market is not cooperating, and Jeff, in my opinion, is on a terrible downswing (whether he advises puts or calls). If you doubt me, ask him to show you his stats since April 2016. Let the buyer beware….

I joined in March and placed equal $ amounts in eight trades. the first two expired as worthless. The next five are all under water, mostly deeply. Whatever system he used to achieve the claimed results which caused me to try the service, doesn’t appear to work in the current market environment.
I did receive a refund as requested, which cuts me off from any new “sell” directives, however, I was hoping to get back SOME money on the deal. Giving Jeff the benefit of the doubt, I guess I came in at the wrong time, but 8 for 8 losers is a more-than-fair test.

I joined Precision Profits on March 9, 2016 after reading Jeff Opdyke’s glowing reports. I had not traded in options previously and paid dearly for the education. I followed his every recommendation from March 9 until June 22, when my retirement portfolio could bear no further losses. He did refund my $1495 membership fee, even though my guaranteed refund date had expired, but the $1495 paid for about 5% of my losses. I enjoyed one tiny win out of 14 investments. I would have fared much better joining Trump Academy.

Do NOT subscribe to Precision Profits unless you like losing money.
