Dennison is well positioned in the industry and should be okay long term, I consider it a “buying opportunity” at current prices. Have no specific intelligence on any issue that caused its decline, except of course the fact the merger with Fission was not consummated .I think patience will pay off, there are more mergers and acquisitions probable among the various players in the Athabasca Basin. Unless or until I can find a logical reason for the price drop I am not selling at what may well turn out to be a bottom.

More of my picks keep popping up on daily reports on the slightest up move in bullion prices on dollar dips. At the same time the Canadian dollar keeps falling, so miners in Canada have the benefit of lower production costs as oil retreats, while selling production priced in U.S. dollars so either way stock prices slowly but steadily creep up.

Books and pamphlets offered by Swiss America FREE I have found to be objective and helpful but of course once they have your address they will send you solicitations, but if they become to annoying you can easily unsubscribe.

What really happened with the supposed FED rate hike? Separate fact from fiction by checking out this interview with Chris Martenson. Was it just “window dressing” on their part, did they act on facts or biased opinions and political expediency?

Better jump on this one quick before the price rises on to-days exciting news of a Chinese firm paying a 25% premium for a major stake in FCU while you can get it for under .85.

China’s CGN Mining to Invest $82 Million in Fission Uranium
China is showing its commitment to a nuclear future with an $82-million investment in Canada’s Fission Uranium.

In a market beset by downward price movements and a lack of investor interest, Fission Uranium (TSX:FCU) shareholders can rest easy knowing that the company continues to take positive steps forward.

Kicking off the second-to-last week of 2015, Fission announced that it’s entered into a binding letter of intent (LOI) with CGN Mining Company, a Chinese investment holding company engaged in trading natural uranium. Under the LOI, CGN will make a strategic investment in Fission worth approximately $82 million.

CGN’s investment will consist of a $82,226,059 private placement for roughly 96,736,540 common shares, plus an additional number of common shares; all in all, the investment will bring CGN’s stake in Fission to 19.99 percent. The shares will be priced at $0.85 each.

In a note to clients, Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Rob Chang states that in his firm’s opinion, the valuation of the transaction is low; however, he chalks that up to weak market conditions. Chang concludes, “[g]iven the weak financing markets and a need to add cash, FCU has added a highly sought-after partner at a 25% premium to its market price.”

Leave it to me to find a way to lose even on a good bet. I just went to my account and found that a buy order was confirmed for RBY, but my account shows 0000000000 across the RBY columns and no information on what happened to the stock. Aahrrrrgh!

$SGDJ has moved up a few dollars lately, this is a good ETF for anyone who wants to get in on junior miners chosen by some of the best in the business, including Rick Rule (someone Myron has praised). I never developed any interest in evaluating individual PM mining companies, which requires a lot of research and expertise, something the people behind this ETF do better than I ever could. This one’s good for careful folks like me, who only patiently swing trade stocks and ETFs which we consider to be safe in the long term. When nothing happens for a long time, we shrug and wait, pretty secure that our money is safe where it is.

Someone just recommended Roxgold Inc. to me. I had been invested in True Gold MIning that is just beginning to produce in their mine in Burkina Faso. They were recently bought out for a low price by Endeavour Mining.

Roxgold is another company in Burkina Faso and is scheduled to begin production in Q2 of 2016 ramping up to commercial production in the fall. I had good luck with True Gold Mining and am considering a position here in Roxgold as it too is nearing production.

The company’s presentation looks good and their financing seems to be all lined up. I was just wondering if any one has heard of this company or has any opinion about it.
