I think it is going (high) places. Good management, great product. I think even some company in Italy has shown interest.

I just perused the parse documents at their website, and I think I would want to personally visit the office and see their product in action before I’d trust that everything is precisely as they represent. Too many shifts and changes from reverse mergers and strange details.
It would take someone with more skills than myself to decide if they’re not merely a pump and dump sort of scheme.

SoGiAm, what is your take on CDNL’s delinquent filing issue? This is killing the stock right now and I am very concerned about this. I can’t see any reason it should take this long to get current. Supposedly they got a CFO way back in May. He’s had 3 months and they haven’t put out even one little update or correction. I’m losing faith here and am a good ways under water. Not happy with this current situation. It seems like they could be in serious trouble with the SEC if they were to take action. Unfortunately, long $CDNL.

Second tranche of $5M is imminent.
The Cam Water delegation meeting in DC was Aug 5- 6 on $28M contract…. There are many more reasons I am positive and passionate on this equity. My suggestion is do your own DD, and take the steps to invest or divest with the information obtained.

Yes, I’m familiar with everything you said there except I didn’t know the second tranche of $5M is imminent. I haven’t seen that in print anywhere. If one of these contracts gets finalized, then things will be OK, but the financial delinquency is a serious issue and prevents true and through DD. The SEC could move against them in light of their delinquency and this would really severely impact the stock. I just see no reason for being as late as they are. Doesn’t make sense to me. Everything else sounds great and hopefully is true, but without the official filings, can things really be sufficiently verified?
The delinquency doesn’t seem to bother you though. I have contacted Kevin via Twitter in the past and have gotten some answers. I will try again concerning the filings.
