Now that everyone is clamoring to put out a model to make a dent in the field, I see quite a few bumps in the road. How do lithium[1] batteries hold up in cases of extreme heat or frigid cold? When these were on the drawing board gas was anywhere from 3.50 to 5.00, it’s dropped quite a bit, so what effect is that going to have? Our electrical grid has been rated a ”D” (antiquated). a big increase in electric vehicles may place a big strain during peak periods. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
