companies. It claims that a company has found a way to make fuel out of sand and cut the cost of solar[1] energy to next to nothing. The Government has over 8 billion invested in this technology and The Fortune 500 are pouring money into this new fuel. Wl-Mart claims it will save them over 1 billion a year in energy costs alone. Is this a pipe dream ?
