Trump and Hillary may be partners?

Silicon valley is getting ready to release a new technology that may be worth 15 billion by March 30th. Over 14% of Congress has over 1 million dollars invested in this new technology and Money Press says insider buying[1] has been in the millions. Anyone have anything on this?
