Wealthpire (Manny Backus) $2.00 “Holy Grail” Breathalyzer Disease Detector

Anyone have an idea of what Manny Backus[1] @ Wealthpire[2] is touting with his advertisement for a $2.00 penny stock that he is saying will return over 400% over the next year and has already been FDA[3] approved. Supposedly it is a spectrophotometer like instrument shrunk down to the size of toaster which was first developed for NASA to utilize on the space station. Supposedly it can detect cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Kidney Failure, Liver Disease, Bacterial infections, etc., just by blowing into it. From what I hear Manny Backus and his Wealthpire company is a very legitimate and voted one of the fastest growing stock publications. Thoughts anyone?? Much appreciated, Regards!
