FLXN – any thoughts?

Hi fellow Gummies.
I noticed recently there has been a decent amount of insider buying[1] in FLXN ( over $10M in the past few weeks, according to Morningstar[2]).
Does anyone know anything about this stock?

Flexion Therapeutics – $FLXN +40% jumps on almost triple normal volume on the news that Sanofi (SNY +0.6%) will acquire the Boston area-based biotech for more than $1B in cash. Sources close to the matter say Flexion’s board has agreed to accept a bid in the “mid-thirties.”
