Jay Hooke pattern

I’ve been getting a number of emails talking about a five word rule and the link takes me to a video titled ”always wait for ”the hooke’” one was from Mike ward with oil[1] & energy investing one from Kent moor and the video is a link to pro.moneymappress.com. Supposedly some scientist discovered a jay hook pattern that tells invested when to buy. Does anybody know what he’s talking about or what I’m talking about?

Here’s the online advert page which pitches the “Hooke” strategy. I don’t know if anyone who has access to the actual formulas has tried to code it up in Tradestation or another back-testing platform to see whether it can actually be run as a system, versus just gambling around.
